Progressions come first
Progression is extremely important for our methods. Every week, we record what our swimmer is doing, and plan to make progressions the following session. Through our private and focused sessions, we can target the most important skills and teach as efficiently as possible.

Challenge is a healthy part of learning swimming. When a child has progressed, we make sure to challenge their weaknesses in order to cause growth. This is done with safety in mind and a supportive, fun environment.
